About Lee

With a career rooted in passion and precision, Lee is a freelance hairdresser currently based at Daniel Francis Collective, where he offers clients a bespoke salon experience that is both welcoming and tailored to their needs. Lee began his hairdressing journey in 2010, completing his NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing at a prestigious salon in Chelsea, London. After a brief career break in 2013 to explore other roles, he soon realised his true calling remained within the hair industry. Returning to his craft in 2020, Lee completed his NVQ Level 3 and further expanded his expertise to include a variety of hair extension methods such as nano rings, fusion, and tape extensions. In 2021, Lee joined the Daniel Francis Hair and Beauty team (now known as Daniel Francis Collective), where he undertook advanced training with La Biosthétique on their Colour Genius Programme. This in-depth education enhanced his mastery of colour theory and technique, allowing him to deliver results that are both creative and personalised. Lee specialises in all aspects of colouring, precision cutting, and bespoke hair extensions. He also focuses on keratin treatments, along with other services like hair Botox, helping clients achieve smooth, healthy, and rejuvenated hair. His philosophy centres around enhancing each client’s natural beauty through tailored consultations, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining healthy, radiant hair.
